we offer two different methods for this pressure measurement:

• mechanically with a simple or double-slide foil

1. the approximate pressure must first be known as the foils are calibrated for different pressures - the foils are available in lengths of 5- 12 meters (depending on work pressure) with a width of 27 cm - you can easily cut them into sizes as needed - the accuracy is +/- 10%
2. for a more precise interpretation the AUTO NIS XP system can be used which displays both, the pressure and the pressure distribution on the computer - it requires a special scanner and the computer software - accuracy + / - 4%
3. even further-reaching is the interpretation of the analysis system TOPAQ which offers
   2D pseudo-color images, 3D topographic views, detailed pressure statistics and other
   opportunities

• electronic sensor included

electronic sensors incorporated in a thin film provide the computer with near real-time data of the exact pressures - the sensors measure the pressure up to 20 times per second, display the data on the screen and save them for later analysis - the accuracy depends on the number of sensors - magnifications, cutouts, and cross-sections etc. can be displayed - the pressure can be displayed e.g. in psi or kg/cm2 or even in different colors to facilitate the observation during the measuring - statistics can be created

comparisons with previous measurements are also possible - as well as 2D and 3D impressions

the sensor lifespan is approximately 2,500 pressures

the foils are produced customer-related and will be delivered with an interface and the corresponding software
